We are a network of dedicated academics, cannabis industry, healthcare providers, consumers, and patients who aim to advance the science, research, education, and business best practices around medical and adult use cannabis. 

Cannabis Community Care and Research Network (C3RN) is a public benefit corporation (B Corp) based out of Worcester, MA that provides contract research, analytics, education, and strategic advising services for the cannabis, academic, and healthcare industry in the area of cannabis. C3RN is the principal investigator with UMass Dartmouth on national anonymous cannabis consumer and patient research study and a national veteran’s health and cannabis research study. C3RN, partnered with Holyoke Community College is also a qualified training vendor for the cannabis control commission social equity training program.

C3RN recently established a non-profit Cannabis Center of Excellence where future research studies will be housed. Learn more HERE

Sarah Trocchio, M.A., M.S.W., Ph.D. - Drug Policy Expert 

Sarah Trocchio is a scholar, advocate and educator with an expertise in drug policies and social equity. Her Ph.D. is in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University-Newark, and she is an incoming Assistant Professor of Sociology and Criminology at Rider University in New Jersey. Prior to obtaining her Ph.D., Sarah received her M.S.W. from Boston University and her M.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University-Newark in 2013. She has published, presented, and taught widely in the fields of social work and criminal justice, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is passionate about working in service of an equitable cannabis industry for all.

Sarah-Jaana Nodell - Medical Cannabis Patient Expert

is presently the Senior Wellness Consultant with Revolutionary Clinics and contributed to Revolutionary Clinics earning “Best Medical Dispensary, 2018”. In addition to her work at Rev Clinics Sarah-Jaana also has a practice as a life coach with a special focus on managing disability and chronic illness. She graduated from Guilford College with a degree in Peace and Conflict studies. From there, she served as an AmeriCorps volunteer and social worker in Philadelphia, P.A. before transplanting to Boston to work for the Undiagnosed Diseases Network at Harvard Medical School. For the past three years Sarah-Jaana has been deeply involved in the medical cannabis community both professionally and as a lobbyist. She is dedicated to providing accessible, accurate medical cannabis education for disproportionately affected communities.
